-she looks over at the bowl with slight confusion, then the thought clicks in as she gives a grateful smile- Thank you for covering the cake for me ! I more than likely would have forgotten about tending to that before we left. -the color in her cheeks begins to fade as she listens to his response- I suppose you’re right. The cafe is one of my favourite places, really. The atmosphere is just so… Relaxing,… But if you’re in a very happy mood while you’re there, you feel almost,.. Hmm… -begins to debate on what word she should settle upon using- … Euphoric ! -she nods a little, then moves over to lace her fingers in between his- I am if you are. -smiles-

*shuffles his feet, clasping his hands behind his back as he shakes his head at the floor* I…well, I’d hoped it might help…!

*glances up again to listen, tipping his head in curiosity as she searches for a word, then smiling at the one she chooses, nodding as he, too, thinks of atmospheres that may feel that way, then blinking, face flushing, as she takes his hand*…I-I am, yes! So, let’s go…! *smiles, too, a little shyly, as he directs his steps toward the door, and the airship beyond*

-she nods encouragingly, smiling- Yes, it did, very much !

-giving his hand a small, affectionate squeeze, she nods once- Alright, then we can head on out, then ! -she leads him over and out of the door onto the deck, carefully stepping down the stairs and walking slowly over to the airship, letting out a small, silent sigh at the sight of it- It’s such a nice airship, how do you like riding in it ? -she looks up and over to him curiously as they continue to make their way over towards the unique flying machine-

*blinks at the sudden smile, but smiles, himself, as he hops up as well* Al-alright! *blinks at her sudden whirl of motion, hesitates as he is about to follow her, but before he can truly decide the water is already running, so he searches out a large bowl to set upside down over the remaining cake, movements uncertain, and turns back just as she returns, shaking his head to her apology* Well, but…there’s no reason to apologize for, for excitement! *begins to smile* Are…are you ready?

*tips his head, sitting very still as her gaze goes distant for a moment: “I wonder what she’s thinking…? She seems…happy, though!”* Really…? Then…alright! *smiles as he nods, then nods again, more firmly* If you want to go, and we have time, then…well, then why not?

-a sudden, bright smile forms on her face- Really ? Alright, let’s go then ! -she hops out of her seat, then stops- Oh, but I should probably clean this up first, heh… -she smiles sheepishly as she turns back around, picking up both plates and silverware, then holding up her index finger in the “Just a second !” motion, turning, and heading into the kitchen for a few moments, the sound of water running and the clinking of dishes can be heard, she returns moments later, smiling with a blush on her face, laughing a little- Sorry, I just really enjoy that place, so I get a bit excited, sometimes.

-she scoots a little further forward in her chair, moving so that she can cross her arms on top of the table, swaying her tail back and forth in deep thought as she retraces her steps out of memory to the tea shop, remembering the aroma, the faces, and the feeling of the warm, smooth cups. She shakes her head back and forth in order to snap out of her own thoughts, her cheeks flush as she returns to the conversation- Of course I would want to go, I think it would be very nice to go have tea with you there. -she smiles warmly, thinking about it, then blinks- Oh, but would you want to, tonight ?

Th-that’s part of the tradition, isn’t it? *smiles a little in encouragement*

-she returns the smile, then her expression goes blank for a few seconds before she takes her free hand and smacks it to her forehead- That’s right ! Wow, I can’t believe I had forgotten that. -she laughs a little sheepishly before taking the plate he had set in her place, and carefully cutting a slice for herself, then setting the plate down, then handing the knife over to him- Get as much as you like, okay ? -she sits down in her chair and picking up her fork, but waiting for him to get his slice as well before taking a bite-

*simply stands for a moment, face deeply flushed, one hand drifting halfway to the cheek she had kissed, then blinks back to himself at her words, nodding again as he moves swiftly to the cupboard, face still a deep red, all the way to the tips of his ears, as he carefully fetches down the first two plates he sees and turns back to her*…Will these ones work?

-Upon seeing his reaction, her own cheeks heat up. Though she cannot help but smile with happiness, getting the same, yet strong feeling she would always get with giving and receiving small kisses on the cheek. She moves over to the drawer where she kept the utensils, grabbing a pair of forks and a larger knife to cut the cake with, turning to respond- Yes, those are fine ! -she leads the way back to the table, setting down the silverware, then raising the knife to slice the cake, but stopping- Oh, how big of a piece would you like ?
